Our company provides various Real Estate services with an integral focus on personalised advice and quality customer service. 

We are a licensed real estate and buyer’s agency passionate about what we do and love helping our clients by using our knowledge and expertise to provide them with the most suitable property opportunities. 

We operate with integrity, trustworthiness and transparency as much as hard work and determination. 

 

The primary aim of the Real Estate Consulting team is to deliver optimum results to both our clients and partners.   

 

We specialise in:  

– Project Management (off-the-plan and established townhouses, units, apartments including land acquisition)  

– House and Land packages/Townhouses projects especially in the current growth regions of South-East Queensland (Gold Coast – Brisbane – Sunshine Coast) 

– Off the plan and established townhouses, apartments in South-East Queensland and Melbourne Victoria.

 

Real Estate Consulting also has a Buyer’s Agency department with a highly experienced team of conveyancers, property lawyers and financial advisors who are able to closely monitor every aspect of the development and building process (planning, design, marketing, sale) and see it right through to settlement.  

A combination of constant market research and direct relationships with established developers and builders around Victoria guarantees that Real Estate Consulting is constantly in touch with the most current property market trends.  As a result, we are always able to provide the most accurate and up to date property market insights (future plans, infrastructure, demographics).   

 

Furthermore, due to our vast partner network we have constant access to off-market opportunities/off-plan projects meaning we can negotiate any property acquisition at a wholesale price.   

Our Buyer Advocates aim is to always act in the best interest of our potential client and facilitate a smooth transaction on every level by alleviating the clients stress and saving their time, money and risk.   

Please note that in this department we are also able to facilitate a Vendor Advocate service meaning we can organise (from start to finish) the sale of any property on behalf of the vendor.  

 

Finally, Real Estate Consulting is also involved in developing and subdividing new or established land and as such is capable of sourcing sites for any investor or developer.  Part of this service includes helping the potential investor understand what possibilities are accessible to them according to their savings and where to find the most profitable development sites.

Peter Panagiotidis is a reliable, ethical, honest, hardworking, passionate and innovative person who has worked in the sales industry for over 20 years. 

   

Prior to entering the sales industry, Peter played professional soccer and thereafter transitioned into coaching.  This has led to the development of exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to motivate people and create sustainable teams within organisations that operate under the core values that he possesses.   

 

His constant thirst for knowledge and self-development as well as his passion for the sales and real estate/construction industry have ensured he has obtained the necessary skills in all aspects of this industry including House and Land packages and subdivisions.

Florin Mitoiu has been a successful professional across various fields for over 25 years and has immensely enjoyed all these experiences.  He is driven, goal-oriented and believes every problem has a solution, near enough is not good enough. Currently Florin is working for the Australian Government where he builds and maintains relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and governing bodies. He has extensive experience in building and nurturing professional relationships, solutions-based management, negotiation, and business planning.  He excels in collection and detailed analysis of information, resulting in the most favourable solutions / outcomes for the client. 

Property and wealth creation are his passion, nothing gives him more satisfaction than helping people on their property journey.  His attention to detail paired with excellent communication and written skills are what you need working for you.  Florin is a personable family man and prides himself on being able to help family, friends and anyone with a goal achieve their outcome by taping into and using the relationships he has built over the years with real estate industry professionals.  Florin not only creates but maintains lasting relationship and values honesty and approachability above all else.

With a diverse background in education support and property management, Judee brings a comprehensive skill set and a proven track record of success. Transitioning from education support to becoming a resident onsite manager in a body corporate complex, Judee seamlessly integrated property management responsibilities into her role. Over four years in this capacity, she skillfully balanced the demands of managing rental properties while providing exceptional service to property owners and residents. Her dedication, integrity, and natural ability to build rapport have been instrumental in fostering positive relationships and achieving results across all aspects of her work.
